Dad's Bday

We went out to my parent's land to celebrate my dad's birthday! It was a fun time with all the little kids and the pool they have out there! Great fun in the country!

Sewing

Lexie loves crafts so while at Hobby Lobby today we found a little sewing kit with a plastic needle, yarn,stuffing, and the butterly material cut out with the holes in it. She was so excited telling Tripp, "we are going home to sew." However, when she opened it she said, " there's no sewing machine in here!" She was excited to sew though! It's cute....

The Dentist

I took the kids to the dentist this month and they did fabulous! They are just growing up so much! Lexie is just so friendly and outgoing to everyone and she is so much fun to watch! Her teeth looked great! Tripp was slightly apprehensive at first but laid right down on the table and let them do everything they wanted. Such a big boy now! His teeth looked good, but there is some slight movement due to the fact he STILL takes a pacifier to sleep. Ok, so maybe he's not so grown up after all!? We've been talking it up, and he knows that at 3 the paci is going to be gone! Then we went to Chuck E Cheese afterwards and had a great time as usual!

Dr.

So the kids love playing Dr. I have to admit I do too! Lexie decided Tripp had a broken leg and so she needed to put a cast on him. She used her wand as the X-ray machine and decided he had several broken bones. We couldn't find the tape so we had to glue the paper towels (the cast) on. Fun times!

Can't get enough of Lexie

Her dinner prayer: dear Lord, please help mommy and daddy not be so grumpy and thank you for this food! Lol Lexie: mommy, is our new baby going to be white or black? I asked her what she thought it would be and she said "probably black" She's always wanting a new toy at the store and today she picked up a pony and said, "mommy, this is the pony I've been wanting for 25 years!!" Lexie: When can we go back to San Antokyo? (San Antonio) I had Tripp lay on the ground outside and I traced him with sidewalk chalk. lexie looked at it and said " you forgot to draw his wee wee." OMG! There's too many others that will take too long to write! Gosh, I love that girl!
